Intercontinental Airways Pilot Wing

Intercontinental Airways began passenger and cargo charters in 1980 using mostly DC-8s which came from Pan Am. The airline served mostly the Atlantic City market. Flight were suspended in mid-1981 because of financial problems. The company was sold to Charlotte Aircraft, an aircraft leasing and parts concern.
